The movies and TV shows downloaded from iTunes Store are DRM-laden, which prohibits us from further use of our own downloaded movies. For example, it won’t allow us to share the movies with other computers, burn the iTunes purchased movies or TV shows to DVD discs, or play the iTunes video on any portable player other than Apple iPad, iPod and iPhone. Therefore, in this post, let me show how you can bypass iTunes DRM restriction and burn iTunes video onto DVD for backup, enhancement and playback on TV or home DVD players.
The only program you need is Video Converter Ultimate, which can be used to remove iTunes DRM, convert iTunes video from M4V to MP4/AVI/WMV/FLV/MOV, and burn iTunes video to DVD directly.
1. Download and install Video Converter Ultimate
2. Load iTunes video
Click the “Add Files” button on the top left to browse your computer and add the iTunes video files you want to burn. You can also drag and drop the iTunes video files into the program. Then you can click the “Edit” button to crop, rotate, add watermarks, etc.
3. Set DVD menu
Click the “Change Template” button on the right side to open the DVD burning wizard. Then you can choose your favorite DVD menu and set background music and picture. DVD without menu is also supported. Just select No Menu template and click the “Ok” button.
4. Start to burn iTunes video to DVD
Now come to the last step of burning iTunes video to DVD. Here you can choose to burn iTunes video to DVD disc, DVD folder or ISO file. When it’s ready, click the “Burn” button at the bottom to start to burn iTunes video to DVD.
